Our services may be of benefit to general premises like yourselves. We will be your personal keyholder and immediately respond to an alarm, which alleviates any danger and inconvenience for the director of the business having to turn out.
You must be mindful that only the director of the shop/company may turn out to the alarm. If the director assigns a keyholder from his staff they must be suitably trained in conflict management, otherwise they are putting that member of staff at risk which in turn is an offence within the SIA regulations.
A key holder has to attend the premises within 20 minutes. Our response and role will protect you, your staff, if you have any, and your premises at all times.
We will also attend to any other security incidents and deal with them accordingly.
